Why is January hard for students?
January is a full-time month for students. They should cope with too much daily pressure. After the Christmas break that lasted two or three weeks, students must catch up with a tiring schedule.
Students’ calendar for January contains:
– Deadlines for projects
– Revision tests
– Formal exams in all subjects
– Sports games
– Music exams
Students stress becomes higher as exam period approaches.
How could students manage their studying, preparation for all the exams and project presentations?

It could be wise for students to focus on a small amount of tasks and not a lot. Developing a realistic daily routine would help them study with strategy and focus on their goals.

How can students meet all their deadlines? Time management skill is needed. Specific study time with short breaks optimize learning and eliminates distractions. In that way, students’ pressure could be reduced.
– Teachers’ encouragement
It is very important for teachers to encourage students to revise as much as they can without thinking of the marks. Marks are just numbers. Encourage students to reflect on their overall performance.
– Wellness will bring success in exams
Health diet, body exercise and fixed sleeping hours are factors that facilitate students school progress. Without doubt, students should lead a healthy lifestyle, otherwise high results may not become reality.
